Intro:  All About Day of Defeat  (2:00 minute)
Thank you for choosing the Devils Brigade podcast and enjoy this production.  First up for the program is myself about just what Day of Defeat is and what you need to know about it.  Day of Defeat is a first person shooter, commonly called an "FPS" game, which takes place during World War II (WWII) in Europe or North Africa.  The game uses Valve's Source engine as a basis for the graphics of the game and other internal processes (Valve is the mak
er of other titles such as Counter-Strike and Half-Life).  Playing the game requires an internet connection, a computer, keyboard, and a mouse with two or more buttons; other useful equipment would include a headset or at least a microphone hooked up to your computer.  The goal of the game itself is to win the majority of the rounds played on a given map by capturing flags.  Players first choose between two teams, US Army or Wehrmacht (German Army), and then players choose from one of six classes rifleman, assault, support, sniper, machine gunner, or rocket class.  Beyond choosing a class to play the player runs his/her soldier ar
ound the map assisting other players on his/her team (Indicated by the army's icon) and takin
g out the enemy soldiers while capturing the key points on the map marked with flags.  A team
wins by capturing every flag on the map or outscoring the opposing team by defending objectives.  That's all from me for this segment the next bit I interview one man that runs his own gaming group for this game.

Segment Music Clip:  Returns A King by Tyler Bates (2:24 minutes)
Segment:  General Liberator's Interview (2:30 minutes)
For this segment I am interviewing General Liberator from the group Devils Brigade, who also happens to be my superior in the group.  .  Thank you for hanging in there Liberator and thank you for listening to this production from Devils Brigade.

I didn't know Valve also made that game. The setting being in WWII and with the picture you posted, it seems like this game could be similar to Medal of Honor in some ways.

I think this podcast has potential. You basically described the game and would have done an interview.
I think the only thing you could have added was the interviewee's comments to support the game's features.

I guess the songs mesh well with the topic of the podcast, i really never listened to pink flyod before.

The podcast is pretty good and sensible but you probably should have put in some of the interview in too.
